4D is a game of chance. Knowing the real odds shows why statistics describe the past but cannot forecast the next draw.
The basic odds
There are 10,000 possible numbers, from 0000 to 9999. One number has a 1 in 10,000 chance (0.01%) of being the 1st prize. With 23 numbers drawn, a given number has about a 0.23% chance of landing in some prize position in one draw.
Why hot and cold numbers do not predict
Each draw is independent. A digit that appeared often last month is no more likely next week. Believing otherwise is the gambler’s fallacy.
